"THE GREAT SEAL OF THE STATE OF NEVADA"

I was paying my automobile registration online. I noticed that there was the great seal of the state of Nevada on the website. So just for the fun of it I googled all of the large images of that seal. I found one that the State of Nevada used on their YouTube channel. And I noticed how tacky it was. So I saved it, and edited it in Photoshop. I think I improved it quite a bit. I am sure it could be better. But I am still a newbie with Photoshop. Below is the before and after images.
