On October 16th. 2017, at about 5:00pm. I was driving home from work and noticed a strange glowing area in the clouds in the southwestern skyline. So I quickly drew my handy digital camera and took images of it. I have been seeing this strange phenomenon in our skies for a couple years now. I wonder what is causing this change in the skies.
